1. Introduction

ngd33 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where ngd33 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria above, ngd33 may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on the ngd33 Platform. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. If ngd33 detects that a player holds multiple accounts, all such accounts may be closed immediately and any balances forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering a player account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ngd33 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ngd33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. ngd33 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any point. The minimum deposit amount on the ngd33 Platform is ৳200 BDT. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds may vary by payment method and account tier. ngd33 reserves the right to modify these thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform at the time of the request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any pending KYC verification requirements. ngd33 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been detected.

4.4 Responsible Use of Funds

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into their ngd33 account are obtained legally and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. ngd33 cooperates with applicable authorities and may report suspicious transactions where required.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, ngd33 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, time limits, and game restrictions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the specific terms applicable to each promotion before claiming it.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers across multiple accounts is treated as fraud and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Promotional Changes

ngd33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will continue to be governed by the terms applicable at the time of claiming.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is not accepted until ngd33 has confirmed it and issued a unique bet reference number. ngd33 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) circumstances where: a system or pricing error has occurred; the event has already started at the time the bet was placed; or the player's account is under review.

6.2 Odds and Pricing

All odds displayed on the ngd33 Platform are indicative and subject to change up until the point of bet acceptance. In the event of a manifest pricing error, ngd33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. ngd33 makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any odds, statistics, or match data displayed on the Platform.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. All in-play bets are subject to the same terms as pre-match bets, with the additional condition that in-play markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice. Decisions regarding in-play bet settlement are final and binding.

6.4 Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the applicable governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, ngd33's decision shall be final. ngd33 will endeavour to settle bets within a reasonable time following the conclusion of an event.

9. Prohibited Conduct

10. Suspension & Termination

ngd33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Players may voluntarily close their ngd33 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and the absence of any outstanding investigations) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds may be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ngd33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and factors beyond ngd33's reasonable control may result in periods of unavailability. ngd33 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime.

The total aggregate liability of ngd33 to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the ngd33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of ngd33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express written permission of ngd33. Unauthorised use of any ngd33 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.
